Janet has taken part in the Welsh Conservative debate on homelessness, highlighting the rising costs faced by local authorities for temporary accommodation, which have more than doubled in just three years. Conwy Council spent nearly £4.4 million on temporary accommodation during the 2023/24 financial year. This marks an increase from just under £4 million in 2022/23 and just over £3 million the year before.
