Following a visit to Llandudno-based Wild Horse Brewery last week, Janet Finch-Saunders, Member of the Welsh Parliament for Aberconwy, has spoken of her delight at having such a successful local business in her constituency.
Wild Horse Brewery is owned by Dave and Emma Faragher. After being inspired by craft beer companies across the US and Canada, they returned home to Llandudno and founded their own.
The beer is brewed in small batches, and everything is carried out onsite by their team – from milling the grain all the way through to the canning process.
Speaking after her visit, Janet said:
“I would like to say a big thank you to the Wild Horse team for hosting my visit and showing me the site. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to see behind the scenes, and the creation of one of my favourite beers!
“Dave and Emma have worked so hard to establish Wild Horse, and it really has grown from strength to strength. It is wonderful to see how much progress they have made since my last visit a few years ago.
“Wild Horse is loved by our community. It is a much valued local business, providing us with great Welsh beers – my personal favourite is Nokota!
“From their recently opened shop, to the new canning area, it is fantastic to see a local business that is thriving and growing. If you haven’t tried their drinks yet, I highly recommend!"
