Janet Finch-Saunders, Member of the Welsh Parliament for Aberconwy visited Parisella’s Ice Cream in Conwy over the weekend.
During the visit, Janet had the pleasure of meeting Tony Parisella, the heart and soul behind this iconic ice cream brand, known for its delicious, handcrafted flavours that have been enjoyed by generations.
Parisella's Ice Cream, a staple of the community, has long been admired for its commitment to quality and tradition. The company has a fascinating history as a family business and how they've continued to innovate while maintaining the classic recipes that locals and visitors alike adore. From the creamy vanilla to the indulgent chocolate, every flavour reflects their passion and dedication.
Commenting on the visit Janet said:
“I enjoyed a fantastic visit to Parisella’s Ice cream factory in Conwy on Friday.
“It is truly fabulous ice cream they serve. My late parents and I have known the Parisella family for over fifty years and their dedication to the art of ice cream making is second to none.
“Widely available in their own shops, Conwy Quay and all fine eating establishments across North Wales. People can buy from any of their outlets in Conwy, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay.

Yn ystod yr ymweliad, cafodd Janet y pleser o gwrdd â Tony Parisella, calon ac enaid y brand hufen iâ eiconig hwn, sy'n adnabyddus am ei flasau bendigedig, wedi'u creu â llaw, sydd wedi'u mwynhau gan genedlaethau.

Wrth sôn am yr ymweliad dywedodd Janet:
"Cefais amser gwych yn ymweld â ffatri hufen iâ Parisella yng Nghonwy ddydd Gwener.
"Maen nhw’n gwerthu hufen iâ bendigedig. Mae fy niweddar rieni a minnau wedi adnabod y teulu Parisella ers dros hanner can mlynedd ac mae eu hymroddiad i'r grefft o wneud hufen iâ yn ddiguro.
"Mae ar gael yn eang yn eu siopau eu hunain, Cei Conwy a phob caffi a bwyty da ar draws y Gogledd.
Yn y llun mae Tony Parisella, y Cyfarwyddwr, a Larry y gwneuthurwr hufen iâ. Wedi'i gynhyrchu'n ffres bron bob dydd ac yn sicr dros gyfnod yr haf!
"Dylai unrhyw un sy'n mwynhau hufen iâ neu sydd ei angen ar gyfer eu busnes gysylltu â'r tîm heb os."
