Janet Finch-Saunders MS has praised the organisers of the Llandudno Christmas Extravaganza for providing a festive weekend for all to enjoy.
The town centre was turned into a Christmas wonderland with a wide range of food and drink, live entertainment, music, rides, and stalls.
There was no entrance fee to the event, so it was open and accessible to all.
Commenting after supporting the extravaganza, Janet said:
“A big thank you must go to the Llandudno Christmas Extravaganza team whose efforts have brought festive magic to the heart of our town.
“Whilst the wonderland was free for us all to enjoy, it is a fact that the organisers have to raise around £80,000 to make the weekend a possibility.
“I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the stalls, listening to music, and witnessing the enjoyment of so many, including our very own Llandudno Monkey Man!
“There is no doubt that the event was well supported by locals an visitors, proving again that the winter extravaganza is an important part of our tourism offer”.
