- Decide the budget for North Wales Police
- Hold the Chief Constable to account, and to
- Listen and respond to your views on policing
On the 2nd of May, voters can head to polling stations to cast their ballot for their preferred PCC candidate.
Commenting on the election Janet said:
“I am very excited for the upcoming PCC elections tomorrow. The role is a very important one allowing elected representatives to be involved in our policing and holding them to account for the role they play in our community.
“As will all elections it is very important that we get out and vote.
“I would encourage everyone who can vote to get out and do so. It is so important that we participate in our elections, so let’s get out and vote tomorrow and see democracy in action.
“However, I must remind everyone to make sure that you bring your voter ID with you tomorrow, as without it you might not be able to take part.”
