Janet has today spoken out about Speech and Language provisions for premature babies. We have seen that staffing ratios in Wales have fallen as more babies are surviving premature births.
Wraparound care is crucial to these babies. We must do more to encourage healthcare professionals to come here to Wales and take up roles here in our neonatal units.
